Stephanie helps her clients resolve complicated real estate and land use issues to achieve their development goals, providing a range of services from zone changes and comprehensive plan amendments to real estate document packages. She assists clients throughout all stages of the land use process, from initial applications and hearings to appeals. She is experienced with condominium and planned community developments, including the preparation of CC&Rs, and she tailors real estate documents such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, and easements to clients’ individual needs. Stephanie also enjoys working with agricultural clients as part of the Agri-Business industry team and is experienced in the evaluation and transfer of water rights.

After receiving her Master’s Degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Arizona, Stephanie wanted to continue her schooling in a field where she would learn the skills to problem solve and effect real change in others’ lives. She has always been passionate about real estate, and she became interested in land use during law school after being awarded the Ed Sullivan Land Use Fellowship, which allowed her to extern at the Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA). She enjoys helping clients navigate the intricacies of Oregon land use laws and regulations.
