Nathan Riemersma represents clients on a wide variety of Real Estate and Land Use matters including real property transactions, leases and subleases, and real estate negotiations. He also works on land use applications including zone changes, comprehensive plan amendments, and proposed code changes.
Nathan enjoys helping clients solve complex problems and finding creative solutions. He is also passionate about helping clients accomplish their goals in an efficient manner.
Nathan graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2016 in the top 10 of his class, earning membership in the Order of the Coif. During law school, Nathan served as a Law Clerk in the Civil Litigation Section of the Oregon Department of Justice. After graduation, Nathan worked as an Honors Attorney at the Oregon Department of Justice in the Appellate and Criminal Justice Division. Nathan received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Idaho in 2008.
