Eric Robertson

Eric Robertson is an associate attorney in both the Employee Benefits and Business & Taxation groups. His practice area primarily focuses on issues relating to ERISA, defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, health and welfare plans, contract negotiation and drafting, entity selection, entity formation and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Saalfeld Griggs, Eric attended Willamette University College of Law. During law school, Eric took leadership positions in a variety of organizations including being the Business Editor of the Willamette Law Review, President of the Business Law Society, and Treasurer for the Student Bar Association. Eric is a lifelong Pacific Northwest resident, having lived in both Newport, Oregon and Olympia, Washington prior to moving to Salem for law school. During high school and college, Eric worked numerous summers and winters at Tumwater Valley Golf Course, outside of Olympia, where he grew his love for the game of golf.

When not at work, you can find Eric at the golf course, spending the weekend with family and friends on the Oregon coast, or watching his favorite sports teams, the Portland Trailblazers, Dallas Cowboys, and Washington State Cougars.
