Eric J. Tweed’s practice focuses on Business Law and Taxation, working with businesses of all sizes and types, from start up to dissolution or succession. Typical matters include business entity formation and maintenance, contract review, non-profit organization, purchase and sale transactions, intellectual property matters, and legal maintenance of corporations, limited liability companies, and other entities.Eric has worked as a law clerk for Mentor Graphics and the Oregon Department of Justice. Prior to law school, Eric had 10 years of not-for-profit management and fundraising experience.

Off the Job

Eric enjoys spending time with his wife, Jenn and son, Elliott. He has a passion for music, and has written and licensed music for various purposes. He and his brother hold a design patent for an acoustic guitar that they designed and built. These two personal experiences inspire Eric when working on intellectual property-related issues.
