Overview

Ms. Ryan’s practice focuses on land use and real estate. 

Land Use

Ms. Ryan’s land use practice involves representing property owners in land use actions before local governments, LUBA, and appellate courts.  These actions include applications for industrial, commercial, and residential development, school sitings, and zoning matters.

Real Estate

Ms. Ryan assists businesses and individuals in commercial, agricultural, and residential real estate transactions, including:

• Sales and acquisitions;
• Commercial and agricultural lease agreements; and
• Use and access easements.

Education

Ms. Ryan graduated summa cum laude from Southern Oregon University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.  She obtained her law degree in 2009 from Willamette University College of Law, graduating magna cum laude.  While in law school, Ms. Ryan served as Executive Editor of the Willamette Law Review, Judge’s Chair of the Moot Court team, and as Vice-President of the Women’s Law Caucus.
