Mr. Orr's practice focuses on employment and business litigation.

Employment Litigation

Mr. Orr assists in representing employers with various claims of discrimination, wrongful discharge and other torts, and charges of wage and hour violations. 

Business Litigation

Mr. Orr assists in representing clients in a variety of different business disputes, including:

• Litigation of disputes between businesses and business owners.
  
• Breach of contract claims. 
  
• Enforcement of non-competition agreements.
  
• Misappropriation of Trade Secret Claims.

Additionally, Mr. Orr assists the firm's team in all aspects of trial preparation.

Professional Activities

Mr. Orr is a member of the Oregon State Bar, the Marion County Bar Association, and the Willamette Valley Inns of Court.  He is looking forward to increasing involvement in the Salem/Mid-Willamette Valley community.

Education

Mr. Orr earned his B.A. in history from the University of Oregon. He earned his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law.  During law school, Mr. Orr was an editor for the Oregon Law Review, participated in the Ruby R. Vale National Corporate Moot Court Competition, and was a member of the law school’s 70’s/80’s cover band.
