Business & Creditor’s Rights Litigation

Mr. Naylor assists the firm’s trial attorney team in all aspects of trial preparation. Mr. Naylor assists in the representation of the firm’s clients in a variety of different business disputes, including:

  • Litigation of claims against shareholders and directors for breach of fiduciary duty.
  • Litigation of stock valuation disputes.
  • Breach of contract claims.
  • Enorcement of non-competition agreements.
  • Creditor’s rights and debt collection activities.
  • Enforcement of judgments.  

 

Professional Activities

Mr. Naylor is a member of the Oregon State Bar, and he is looking forward to increasing involvement in the Salem/Mid-Willamette Valley community.

Education  

 

Mr. Naylor earned his B.A., cum laude, in Sociology, with a minor in Biology, from the University of Massachusetts. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Willamette University College of Law. During law school, Mr. Naylor was a writer for Willamette Law Online, 9th Circuit Court of Appeals division.
