Mr. Boderman’s practice focuses on land use development and real estate transactions.
LandUse
Mr. Boderman councils small and large clients alike, dealing with the wide array of land use issues that affect property owners, including industrial, commercial, and residential development, land divisions, school sitings, site plan review, site permitting, and zoning matters. Mr. Boderman’s land use practice involves representing property owners throughout the application process before local governments, and in hearings before local governments, LUBA, and appellate courts.
RealEstate
Mr. Boderman’s real estate practice involves assisting businesses and
individuals with all aspects of real estate acquisitions, sales, and
leases. Mr. Boderman’s practice also involves assisting clients with
use and access easements, real property due diligence, and advising
lenders and borrowers.
Professional Activities
Mr. Boderman is a member of the Oregon State Bar, the Marion County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Education
Mr. Boderman is a Salem native, graduating from South Salem High School. Mr. Boderman enjoys reading and has travelled extensively, having lived in or visited over 20 countries, including many countries in Europe, Southeast Asia, and the South Pacific.
Mr. Boderman graduated summa cum laude from Cascade College in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. He obtained his law degree in 2007 from Willamette University College of Law, graduating cum laude.
