Bio

Jennifer Paul is an associate in the firm's Business Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on representing clients in a variety of different business disputes, including: litigation of claims against shareholders and directors; litigation of stock valuation disputes; breach of contract claims; and enforcement of non-competition agreements. Jennifer also practices employment litigation. Jennifer helps employers defend themselves against employee claims of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour violations.

Jennifer is the proud owner of a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever and loves to explore the outdoors with her dog.
