The Business & Taxation Group focuses its practice on serving the needs of Oregon and Northwest businesses and entrepreneurs. Our lawyers form and maintain business entities and represent clients in the purchase and sale of business.

The Business & Taxation Group has extensive experience with complex tax planning and tax litigation. Tax considerations touch most aspects of doing business. We assist our clients in making business decisions that minimize adverse tax consequences, and we represent our clients when they have been challenged by either the Internal Revenue Service or the Oregon Department of Revenue. We have two attorneys with advanced legal degrees in taxation from New York University College of Law.
